University of Canterbury Halls

HMOA has developed master-planning options for two key sites on the University of Canterbury campus provide much-needed additional student accommodation. 

Two sites, on Homestead Lane and Montana Avenue, were explored, and a variety of options were prepared to accommodate 250 students within buildings ranging in scale from four-storey through to seven-storey.
