HMOA director Matt Robinson has been working with a developer on the design of this new Queenstown house in Jack's Point –  assisting with the documentation process and getting the project consented in record time. 

Designed as part of the Willow Pond neighbourhood development, the three-bedroom home, with a flexible studio for rental accommodation, has views to the Remarkables.
