A joint project with CCM Architects to assist them with the initial design and resource consent of a 1950s office building, incorporating an adjacent empty site.
The additions were designed in consideration of a neighbouring heritage-listed pub, an ongoing value management process and some proposed changes to the District Plan’s Central Area Rules.
A series of possible solutions were investigated in consultation with all relevant parties. A proposal was presented using our Revit software and the client gained a Non-notified Resource Consent. CCM proceeded with the Detailed Design and construction is now completed.
